Wyckoff used un-professional subcontractors for my furnace install. Had installation issues. Cannot buy a furnace filter that will fit my new furnace.. Tried to get Wyckoff to fix the problem on several occasions. Wyckoff instructed me to use a scissors and cut a larger filter down to make it fit. Very unprofessional. Filed a BBB complaint, but Wyckoff still refused to provide any help.
Wyckoff's service was outstanding. They came out on a Saturday morning after our furnace had stopped working. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost came in less then the estimate. Thanks for the service on a frosty Saturday morning.
Had a competitor come out and say we needed a new furnace, that we'd be lucky to last the winter. Wyckoff, who installed the unit 16 years ago, came out and found nothing wrong with our unit and that we should be fine this winter. Thanks Wyckoff for the honest service and quality work!
It's funny how they claim to be customer focus. This is a big old lie. They are rude and do poor quality work. They installed the heating and cooling system on my house. Every summer the AC never works, just blows out room temperature air. They come out poke around and some how it manages to work. The troubling thing is they can't tell me why it doesn't work. The next summer the same exact thing happens. After the warranty they try to charge me for coming out. Pretty ridiculous when their product hasn't worked since day 1.
Absolutely great experience when my AC died. I got a response in less than 30 minutes after contacting them via their web form and had a tech out later that same day. Andrew (the tech) went the extra mile to find a leak in the line that was behind a neighbor's wall in a multi-unit townhome building and worked with me and the neighbor to get it fixed. He did what he could to limit my costs as well, rather than trying to charge me for whatever he could.
