Jon and his staff are always very attentive. It is always nice to see a family owned business caring for its own community.
Poorly handled service, personnel appeared unknowledgeable as to what their job entailed, how to do it right
or keeping building clean and maintained properly. I had rose bushes smacking my face as I followed others going to enter the building, they moved into the grassy area to avoid the roses but using a walker, I had no other option without walking clear around to the driveway, which I couldn't do. My overall opinion is I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially a loved one.
